Networks

The Foundation for Change is now organizing its work within three major initiatives: Democracy for All, Health for All and Equality for All.  Under these three banners, we bring leaders and organizations together, connecting them "horizontally" to each other and "vertically" to larger citywide, countywide and statewide networks.  In this manner we are able to leverage the impact of even our small grants and empower leaders from marginalized communities to take their place as full partners at the table of American democracy.
