Leaders - Overview

The Foundation for Change is committed to nurturing a new generation of leaders for the work of social justice.  We are actively engaged in piloting different models of work offering personal and professional support to leaders and capacity-building support to social justice organizations which share our commitment to CHANGE, NOT CHARITY.

Through the work of Program Officer Andrea Rocha the Foundation for Change is pleased to offer hands-on LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT opportunities to leaders from our many grantees. 

We have also begun gathering leaders together into PEER GROUPS as a cost-effective means of sharing resources and providing support for people who are doing the hard work of building movements for social justice. 

To facilitate communications between people committed to social justice in the San Diego / Tijuana region, we have launched the social networking site PRO CAMBIO. Some people join the network as donors, some as activists, and many consider themselves both.
