Democracy for All, Health for All, Equality for All

Leaders

The Foundation for Change is now organizing its work within three major initiatives: Democracy for All, Health for All and Equality for All. Under these three banners, we offer personal and professional support to visionary leaders with the cultural competence to connect powerfully to historically under-represented communities, harnessing their extraordinary potential in pursuit of the common good.

Through the work of Program Officer Andrea Rocha the Foundation for Change is pleased to offer hands-on leadership development opportunities to leaders from our many grantees.

We have also begun gathering leaders together into peer groups as a cost-effective means of sharing resources and providing support for people who are doing the hard work of building movements for social justice.  To read more about the Foundation for Change peer group project download Sara Taveras’ June, 2010 profile.
