Join donors, friends and grantees for this spring social and Open House. Featured guests will include the Foundation's newly announced 2011-2012 Health for All grantees.
The Open House begins at 3:30, so stop by any time.
At 5 pm we will begin a panel discussion of grantee leaders who will reflect on their experiences in working with the Foundation for Change.
