By monthly debit: At whatever level fits your household budget, a monthly donation allows the Foundation for Change to count on your continuing support. It’s easy! Here’s how:

• Use your checking account: Download an authorization form, complete it and mail it to: Foundation for Change, 3758 30th Street, San Diego, CA 92104.
• Use your personal on-line banking services - contact your banker for instructions on how to make recurring monthly payments to the Foundation for Change.
• Contact Us - Let us know you want us to manage your monthly donation.

By pledge: Call us to set up your own payment schedule for any amount.

Through a gift of stocks or bonds: Transferring stock to the Foundation for Change is easy. You receive a tax deduction for the full market value and avoid capital gains tax on the increased value.

By designating a gift: Does your employer offer a charitable giving program? Ask them to name the Foundation for Change as the recipient of your gifts.
